Hello epidemics,
Yes, I know all about the Aeon 2 Passport Office (and have been to that office in the recent past - November 2018 in fact and at the time the office opposite refused to renew my Cambodian Driver Licence without a copy of my Lease Agreement and a Letter of Residence from my Commune Chief, because it was over one year out of date) and mentioned it in an earlier post on this thread as being irrelevant as the applicant is living and working in chhbar ampov district.

But thank you for posting you personal experience at Aeon 2 at Sen Sok which I am sure will be helpful to others but irrelevant in this case as it is a very long way from chhbar ampov where the applicant lives and works.

The fees for a new Cambodian ten year passport are fixed and well known to any who ask and are currently:

Standard 20 to 30 Day service. US$100
10 day service: US$150
1 working day service US$200

And I have always gone for the standard service because it is very dependable and no need to pay for any other service for those than plan ahead. It's just getting to the head of the queue at chhbar ampov passport office that is shambolic and so time wasting.

If the applicant arrives early before the crowds, they can be in and out in under an hour, it's not.that difficult.
