Problem When Uploading Avatar

Minutes before, I tried upload my avatar, but I found a problem that may happen to everyone who are trying to change or upload their avatar.

The size of picture is limited to under 20 KB, and this is a really small size, and I’m reading the forum on my phone. I don’t see any other ways that I can shrink my picture to 20KB. Can anyone suggest any Apps can help me do that.

I think maybe IT team can slightly change this function, maybe increase the size of the uploadabel file?

Is there anyone who met the same problem with me
