Father and Daughter Set Man Alight in Sihanoukville Horror Attack

Sihanoukville, Cambodia News: A man was seriously burnt after he was set alight by a man named Ly Sreng and his daughter on January 21, 2019, in Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.

The victim said the man poured a bottle of petrol on him and then set him on fire, and then the daughter threw even more petrol on him to inflame the blaze. Fortunately the victim escaped this attack with his life, but he is severely burnt and will be handicapped.

For some reason, the suspects had not yet been arrested for this barbaric attack, and the motive for the aggression had not been made public, at the time the article was published. It was possibly an act of retaliation.
