Not a windows expert. But I believe that is a Cambodian solution to an apple problem.

Missus paid $15 for the privilege of turning my former pride and joy into yet another windoze box.

Cost to connect to internet, do a clean install from Apple and reinstall the MacOS - free.

Why would you want to uninstall an upgrade (not an apple fan in case you can't tell :D )
