Good quality Fertiliser
Anyone know where I can buy a good quality fertilizer? I want an NPK 10-10-10 ideally.
Thanks in advance...

If it's for pot plants, go for Osmocote. For the advances see: https://www.scottsbrands.com/en-us/prod ... oor-indoor
But I don't know where to buy it in Cambodia, I bought mine in Thailand.
For the fertiliser you looking for, try O'Russey market in PP

There were plant shops on the other side of the Jap bridge that had many NPK fertilizers made in Vietnam. Just dont expect them to know what you are talking about as their job is not to sell ,,, but to take your money for what you want to buy.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.

Re: Good quality Fertiliser
bat shit and burnt shells work well in compost for broad scale application
Re: Good quality Fertiliser
Kelp/seaweed also makes a good natural fertilizer, especially good for rooting. I usually make a big batch of Wakeme (because it's the easiest to source) and water and let it sit for about a week.

cow shit tea for foliar application too
Re: Good quality Fertiliser
Thanks.
It's for tomato plants, so an NPK 10-10-10 is what I need for now. I'm struggling to source a basic fertiliser so I don't fancy my chances of easily sourcing anything exotic like bat shit and burnt shells. Is that real? I really haven't got much of a clue about growing things (except a beer gut)
Another concern is that we only get 12 hours of daylight, which is normally the flowering stage of late summer. Not sure how they will grow with such a short light exposure in the growing phase. Any thoughts on that would be helpful. Maybe that's why most tomatoes here taste like nothing...

Fish emulsion (you can make your own with fresh anchovies) and kelp are great for tomatoes. Kelp is also great if you have sandy or fast draining soil as it has a good effect on soil structure and water retention.
