Foreign Man Detained in Koh Kong for Attacking People

Koh Kong, Cambodia News: According to Koh Kong sources, an unidentified foreign man was arrested on January 08, 2019, at 5:50 pm, after he attacked some people in Khemarak Pumen city, in Koh Kong.

The local people said that foreign man was suspected to be on drugs because of the way he went crazy and started fighting with a lot of people. The foreign man has been detained and sent to Koh Kong police station to verify his identity and to submit the case to the court.

I don't see a resemblance, other than them both being middle aged and bald, and I'd expect any white guy in Koh Kong to be middle aged and bald. Also, "King Kong" has a tattooed chest and this guy doesn't seem to.
