Two Vietnamese Injured After Collision with Chinese Factory Car
Kandal, Cambodia News: At 7:15 am on December 25, 2018, at Dey Bour Koh Village, Dei Edge Commune, Keien Svay District, Kandal Province, a car belonging to a Chinese company crashed into two Vietnamese men driving into the factory on a motorbike.
Police studied the case and made a lot of chalk marks at the accident site, in an attempt to discover who was at fault, and to decide whether the car driver should pay the medical bills for the two Vietnamese men who were taken to the local clinic for treatment.
