ABA, you can pay EDC and water bills etc easily.

OMG I never noticed that before, can top up Smart, Cellcard, Metfone & Seatel. Been buying top up cards all this time. But I get my guy to break up a $100 usually anyway :D

I would avoid Sacombank, if you hope to use internet banking from anywhere except within reach of a Cambodian cell phone service. Their system is archaic at best, but opening a bank account is easy.

(Not quite answering the question, but hopefully useful)

Yes, that is why I recommended ABA. I had just not noticed the mobile top up before.

‘1 for ABA. If you don’t want to use the phone app, they also offer a crypto device so you can do your Internet banking from any country with a PC.
And you can issue virtual Master and Visa Card numbers, so you don’t have to use your physical card’s number.
