as one who has done lots of home videos/photos for rent /sale...
FYI
hire someone who knows they they are doing and 90% of people that are interested in homes in that range WANT to know what is aorund the house, how much land is around it, how close the neighbor's are, views out the windows.

Tough school this! No doubt the critics could write a real estate ad in Khmer with no spelling or grammatical errors. Lighten up, it’s part of the charm of the country for me.
