A Free and Informed Woman
On the 28th of September 2018, Marie Stopes Cambodia launched a campaign to raise awareness about women being informed of their reproductive rights and choices called “The Power of Choice”. The campaign aimed to promote choices for women, encourage them to have the rights over their body and their pregnancy, and last but not least to inform them of abortion and that it’s a procedure that is legal and safe if performed by qualified clinics and health professionals. In short, the campaign supports the idea of a free and informed woman.

You’re not alone – More information regarding your reproductive choices

If you are still unsure about information regarding your reproductive healthcare choices, you should know that there is help out there. You shouldn’t be made to feel alone, and helpless, and ashamed. You are not a bad person, you are not a sinful person. Please know that. You have agency over your body and you have the rights to decide over your own body.
