14 rooms to rent out to cover $7,200 a month ? Plus wages and running costs. Not to mention close to $100,000 deposit.
Does the 15 year lease guarantee that the $7,200 rent a month will not increase for 15 years ? Just asking.
It's interesting to see how people are doing business in SHV these days, but I don't see why you are posting this here. This is obviously a Chinese- only business proposition, and longterm rentals like this in SHV are like a game of roulette for those who have money to lose, or launder. :nono:
