If this is such a great bargain with 20% return on investment, you should be going to your bank and borrowing as much money as you can to invest yourself.

Realtors and used car salesmen.....Of course I believe you. (looks at pigs flying past window)
At least for 5 years no way housing can satisfy the demands. So the rent will be high and 20% is quite normal.

Rolls around on floor laughing head off.

Sell it to the PRC Chinese then. They are the future of Sihanoukville, not western ex pats who have lived through these housing scams countless times and seen people loose their money.

Prices are not up to me. Check China’s Belt and Road initiative and plans about Sihanoukville. Check out how many constructions are being built.
This is good return on investment. If you want to work without profit, you can try communist countries :)
Around $1150 per sqm for luxury sea view residence is good deal. Rents are crazy high in Sihanoukville. This is good investment. That is why i am selling it and it is sold very quick.

That's what they thought in Spain until someone realized that they had built more apartments than there were people looking for them. Then came the crash.

Where on earth do you think all of these hundreds of thousands of people are who would be prepared to pay these sort of prices in an area that is being turned into a PRC Chinese ghetto?

As I said, if it is so good a deal, go to the bank, your family and friends or neighbors and borrow as much as you can. Then you can expect a 20% return on your investment.

Sensible expats rent, not buy.

Well, maybe they are in China. There are more than a billion Chinese and they seem to like Sihanoukville.

I would not have thought that CEO was the place to advertise for PRC Chinese buyers.

Or is CEO a PRC Chinese site under cover???
