Gardening tools

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. Gardening tools

Post by Spigzy »

Any Ideas on where to buy gardening equipment in PP?

Specifically looking for a hedge trimmer or gardening shears (the big ones, not secateurs).

* no, it really is for a proper shrubbery (with a nice two tier effect), not for Mrs. Spigz personal hygiene before the usual comments start.. :D

Thai construction hardware store Global House is opening their first Cambodian store next weekend and I believe they have pretty big gardening section. It's near the Makro and Aeon mall in Sen Sok. Worth of checking out if you can wait a week.

Home Top and Home Fix, both on MTT, have large selections of quality gardening tools and equipment, specifically what you are looking for.

Nailed it PSD - Home Fix was the badger. No electric hedge trimmer, but a whole stack of power tools, electrical & gardening equipment among other things. Decent enough hardware store for an amateur. Cheers.

Get yourself a decent mattock, they can be used for cutting down trees, digging ditches, laying asphalt, executing enemies, hedge trimming etc.

I think I saw a dude excavating his nose & spots in the mirror of a Honda Dream (not his) with one of these, a remarkably flexible tool!
