Well done PP Council.
That is great news!!

I went down there on Thursday and had a great time. All kinds of crazy sorts are old and about. I found a few neat things to buy too.

I had no idea there was a tourist tent!??

The tourist tent is for select barang, like armchairlawyer. You need an invite, they don't come easy

Was down there early today, municipality hosing things down, police helping clean up trash, also Red Cross and other NGOs

Well done, City of Phnom Penh!

Actually I went past there on Wednesday and pretty much any foreigner could go in. I was invited in but didn't go, too formal for me on a day off and I don't care for warm beer.
