the plot really thickens if so!

the whole deal is redolent of pattaya trash!

I am completely amazed there is nothing in the way of multiple writs flying.
esp since the proponents have more than a passing familiarity of law.

It would appear to shed new light on the "change of ownership" as there is quite a bit of history in this narrative.

pretentions to journalism can be a dangerous thing for dilettantes.

I think they're implying Scott Neeson is the third man, not scobienz. Either way, I haven't seen any evidence for it.

Don't think Ricketson is interested in whether his accusations are in any way accurate, he is merely throwing as much mud as possible and hoping some of it will stick.

In case anyone has any doubts, scobienz has informed me that he is not Scott Neeson and neither is the third man and Scott Neeson has nothing to do with 440.

This is obvious, but sometimes the obvious needs stating.

Also, ricketson and fletcher are Facebook friends and seemingly quite chummy. There's a strong personal element here.

Unbiased opinion!
It is to easy to accuse someone of pedophilia in Cambodia & have their life ruined, I know of 1 that was accused of human trafficking yet he was not imprisoned, he was just shipped over the boarder & investments taken.
From memory James R made some kind of promise of land to the family of some kid that is now a spokes woman for Scott.
