A big snow dog is just going to love the debilitating heat of Phnom Penh. Very considerate of you.

That's quite a distance, so first of all, check out the airline companies to see which of them have the best ( and most direct) routes to Phnom Penh. You don't want your dog sitting overnight in a loading zone in Guangzhou or similar. Then contact the airlines and see who proposes the best deal according to your means and what you expect for your dog.

@OP Try posting on Phnom Penh Expats Facebook page - there are people there who have relocated to PP with pets who might have practical advice for you.

The usual 300lb dogs coming that way usually spend $1k or so & bring two 20lb puppies & a Burger King napkin or two wedged in the folds of their clothes, I guess two for the price of one?!
