Best Bank in Cambodia for Foreigners?

I'm looking for a good bank in Phnom Penh, Cambodia that I can open an account with. I'm curious as to what is the most popular bank for expats in Cambodia? I have heard a little something about ABA. What do you guys think and what banks do you use? Feedback greatly appreciated.

ABA, I used to work with Canadia a few years ago then I decided to switch and Canadia doesn't even come close. If you want real online banking this is the one.

ABA bank, every month money transfers from my home country, never had any problems.

Hello Logos:

Am relocating to PP next month and need a bank to handle my U.S. Social Security direct-deposit pension which comes monthly. Link below shows Cambodia is now handling such types of account.

I am hoping ABA are receptive.
