Filipino Busted with Drugs During Police Stop and Search Operation

Phnom Penh, Cambodian News: A 30-year-old Filipino musician, Jet Samoy, was detained on November 01, 2018, at 08:95 pm, Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmei, Phnom Penh, for carrying drugs and having no passport.

The police confiscated three packets of drugs, two pills, two phones, 800,000 riel and US$543. Before the incident, the police on patrol were conducting a stop and search operation, looking for explosives and weapons. The police stopped the Filipino man on his motorbike and took him into custody after finding drugs on him.

The suspect was sent to Khan Sensok police station for questioning and case preparation following the legal procedure.

Having no passport means what exactly? He didn't have it on his person or didn't have one at all?

Good thing he crossed out the "WO" in "WOMEN"; he obviously anticipated is imminent stay in Prey Sar.

He had more cash on him than 1.5 months filipino avg salary. Obvioisly a runner or dealer and obvious red shabu pills.

I thought that at first, but then I saw that the final 'n' looks like it could also be crossed out.

I can't tell if the tshirt is an expression of his homosexuality or his narcissism.
