Officially, it is illegal, though I have never had a problem bringing in my kit or vaping (discreetly) in Cambodia. I buy my juice in Vietnam, where it is illegal, but I have seen vape juice being sold openly inside Lucky Mall in Siem Reap.

I won't be too specific but if you check out some of the minimarts in the riverside/ 172 area (not the chain ones) you should find what you are looking for.

Bring it with you, empty and with the battery removed, in your checked luggage. Then just buy liquid once you arrive.

I have flown quite a few times into SR with my vape lit in my carry on; never been an issue.

flew in recently with 2 vapes in my carry-on and nearly half a litre of juice in my luggage.not a problem.
