Man Gets Phone-Snatched by Lady-of-the-Night at Wat Phnom

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: Two suspects,a man and a woman, have been arrested by police in Phnom Penh in cooperation with the criminal police in Daun Penh district over a phone-snatching at Wat Phnom.

The case occurred on the evening of October 31, 2018 at the northern roundabout of Wat Phnom, Phum 10, Sangkat Wat Phnom Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh, when the victim named Son Tun Virak, male, 19 years old, was cruising in search of a lady of the night.
Fortunately,the victim had organized to meet the lady in question by telephone, and he had noted the suspect's phone number. The two suspects, aged 21 and 25, were arrested in possession of the telephone by Daun Penh police later that evening.
