Chinese National Accused of Breach of Trust

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: A 35-year-old Chinese national, YANG XIAODDONG, appeared before the Phnom Penh municipal court yesterday, 31 October 2018. He was appearing on charges of breach of trust, on the orders of the deputy prosecutor signed the 26 October. Details to follow.
