91 Chinese VoIP Scammers Deported

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On the morning of October 15, 2018, the General Department of Immigration prepared 91 Chinese nationals, including 21 women,to be immediately deported.

The group were involved in VoIP internet scamming of other Chinese nationals, so Lieutenant General Ouk Hai Seila, from the General Department of Immigration, handed the offenders to over to Chinese police to take them away for prosecution in China. The suspects were sent back to China on a special plane A330.

Must be over 2000 deportations of Chinese scammers by now.
Is there a way to streamline the processing of them ? I'm thinking something similar to a cattle handling facility.

Justice?

I'm pretty sure some foreigners in Prey Sar convicted for drug stuff would have loved to go court in their home country.....
