The desert is actually known as hasma cooked in almond milk. Hasma is a Chinese dessert ingredient made from dried fatty tissue found near the fallopian tubes of frogs typically Asiatic Grass Frog. Western pharmaceutical term is Oviductus Ranae.

Its just you! Its good to get recommendations for good restaurants with accompanying photos. I used to go to Singapore regularly, but have not been out of Phnom Penh for a few years. If I was having a few days in Singapore I would have certainly give the place a try. I would like to see similar reviews for Phnom Penh. I tend to go mainly to either Sonoma and Bouchon, but some good Phnom Penh reviews might persuade me to expand my venues.

There are some small apps such as Tripadvisor where you can find this stuff much more easily than on CEO and with a much greater level of feedback on establishments......give it a try it may work for you.

Also good to know you are the official representative of the opinion of everyone here except me as you so confidently assert that you know what everyone else would think and say in response to my question

This is one of the problems of reviews. Unless you are comparing like for like its pointless.
i beg to differ. i think based on the post i'd eat there. i think many enjoy the food posts just at face value, people like good food
