BBQ Time

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

BBQ Time

Post by Duncan »

Well I'm looking back at a weeks work of building in my back yard, an extension to a cover over my bbq. Climbing 60 steps a day to my apartment in PP has put me in good shape for climbing ladders but now it's time for a Saturday evening bbq and the hardest part now to be done.
Spoiler:
Find a friend to invite to the bbq

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Looks very nice. I did something similar with translucent panels, I ended up getting some fabric with grommets along the side that I could slide closed for both heat and UV protection. Enjoy
up to you...

That is not bad at all. I expected it to be considerably more than that.

Oh OK, price just broke the 1k barrier.

(Though I assume/hope you are joking. I mean I know Oz is expensive but if that is what they charged to deliver it 4 km; it had better been delivered by some buxom vixen in bikinis).
