Heavy Rain Causes Flooding in front of Phnom Penh International Airport

Post by CEOCambodiaNews » Tue Oct 02, 2018 2:16 pm

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On October 02, 2018, in the early morning, there was heavy rain that caused flooding in some areas of Phnom Penh, especially the Russian Federation road in front of Phnom Penh International Airport.

The local people blame the drain construction, which they say blocks the flow of the water, and they say that there is systematic flooding in that area after each heavy rainfall. They ask the authorities to do something to improve the situation.

At a guess, the Competent Authorities are very busy people and are not answering their telephones.
Bring on the incompetent authorities - or any authorities at all. :director:
