Police Free Chinese Extortion Victims

Sihanoukville, Cambodia News: On September 28, 2018, at 17:00, the Chinese Embassy reported to the Sihanoukville provincial police commission that two Chinese nationals were being detained in Room 401, 3rd floor of Hubei Guesthouse, Group 17, Village 1, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.
After receiving that information, the police force led a raid on the guesthouse, liberated two victims, and detained the two suspects, identified as HU BIAO, male 25 years old, and XIONG LING, male 30 years old.
