What are you drinking tonight?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Is that why you’re still up at 4am?

It was the weirdest thing. I woke up one day not liking the idea of a drink but had a drink anyway, because that's the way I rolled. It tasted awful. A couple of days later I tried to have another drink as alcohol was associated with most things I did and a big part of my life. Again I couldn't stomach it. A few days later the same. I've just passed the 6 month sobriety mark without actually ever wanting to give up the grog.

Edited. Actually, I tell a lie. There was one night in that six month period I did have a drink. Hated it then as well.

One is gagging for a Guinness. I'm a fan of extra cold, poured via one of those tap thingies... I think I may be out of luck.
Tea it is, if I stay indoors.

Which reminds me...
Why is it that pringles here in the Kingdom are so small? Appear about ⅔ the size, but the tube is the same-ish.

Maybe someone slipped in your food that Tintin pill that makes drinkers hate drinking ? A friend, for sure.

Not a total lover of alcohol too, this is a nice cola my lady friend brought me the other day.

Unusual I know, but I like chocolate.
But this early hour I will have to make do with the favorite coffee, with a few snacks of course.
