If you go round squatter's bend it's on the left as you near the road to the village. The public beach on your right. Massive complex, I believe it will have a lake in the middle.

EDIT Aka China Town. The one thing that bugs me about that development is how close together all the buildings are, like a Kowloon slum.

The Otres project last week:

Is that supposed to be a resort? It looks more like high-density worker accommodation.

So what will become of all those restaurants/bars on Otres beach? Will they be told to move back or out like Ochheuteal?

Presumably pitch up in Kampot
