Abandoned Baby Saved by Villagers (VIDEO)
September 9, 2018
Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: At 4 pm September 8, 2018, the villagers of Kraing Don town, Sangkat Chom Chao 2, Khan Por Senchey, were startled to hear the sound of a newborn baby crying behind a house. None of the village women were due to have a baby, so they didn't understand where the baby had come from.
It was a young man named Seng Sitha, 27, who found the baby crying outside his house. The young man cried to his neighbors to come and see the baby, and an older neighbor picked it up because he could see it was covered with ants, and some women came to clean up the baby's umbilical cord. The state of the infant indicated that it had been born only recently, and if nobody had found it, it would have died.
Villagers suspect the baby may belong to a seasonal worker who is unmarried, or abandoned by her husband or boyfriend.

Re: Abandoned Baby Saved by Villagers (VIDEO)
This happens a lot more than most people realize. Unmarried girls often abandon their babies after birth.
Very sad.
I met a lady recently who was talking about her new daughter. She got her from the hospital. After giving birth, the mother just walked out of the hospital, leaving the baby behind. The lady had two sons, and wanted a daughter, so she was happy to get her.

## I thought I knew all the answers, but they changed all the questions. ##
