Range Rover Catches Fire in Front of Naga World

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: A Range Rover car caught on fire at 2:20 am on September 05, 2018 in front of Naga World Casino in Sangkat Tonle Basac, Phnom Penh.
A Range Rover car was parked quietly in front of the Naga World Casino, when suddenly, smoke started to pour from the car. Security guards swung into action, but even after using 20 fire extinguishers, the fire wasn't completely out, so they had to use Naga World fire truck. The cause of the fire was determined to be an electrical fault.

What’s the stuff used in the fire extinguishers in the KOW? If it’s the foam stuff, fire should be more than out after 20 extinguishers. And the SUV would also resemble a huge marshmallow.
