Welcome back to Pattaya (Stickman Bangkok Blog)

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

would have been great way to travel between the two

actually i didnt know, but thanks for the heads up,
i did the ferry about a year ago, 2hours and 1250baht, was a lot better than the 4 hours and 3000baht in a Taxi lol even if the ferry doesnt actually take you to Hua Hin but to Khao Takiab and you have to spend another 100baht to get a Songthaew "Taxi" to near your hotel,

tbh, i dont think i was going to catch the ferry anyway, think i was planning on going taxiing it to Bangkok to drop my mate off at the airport spending the night in Bangkok (the horror) then going very early morning on a mission to Wat Bang Phra for the day, then catching the minvan to Hua Hin the following day

If you bus and train it, you can get Pattaya to Hua Hin for about 170 baht. Does not include the price of getting to Pattaya bus station.
