I've never been there as I'm bald as a coot but the Tokyo Barber Shop on 278 has always been highly recommended.

I can highly recommend Tokyo, $5 For haircut...you can have a beer as well.

All of Tokyo's staff are Khmer, but have been well trained, most of their customers are foreigners.

Tokyo is good and you can get steam and a massage as well.
