Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On August 30, 2018, at 8:05 pm, an unidentified western man and an unidentified drunk man had a motorbike accident on Mao Zedong road, Sankat Tum Nup, Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh.

It is not clear who was at fault, but the drunk man was extremely drunk, and he was insulting the foreigner. The police went to the scene to check the accident, and to assist with negotiations between the two parties. In the end, the foreign man paid $30 to the drunk man as compensation to end the argument.

Just so I get this straight: a guy so pissed he can hardly stand rides a bike, causes an accident, and gets a $30 reward. Got to love the KoW!

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Is drink driving legal here? Arrest the Cambodian, fine him $30 for driving under the influence. Do the same to the foreign guy if he's drunk. The police here really do miss a trick not stopping more people for drink driving, they'd earn a fortune some nights

They would, but they're too busy drinking ABC.

This is why I have insurance. Tell them to fuck themselves and call the 24-hour number.
