For several reasons - I am the master of my body and property. Neither belong to the state - any state, corporation, union, religion, NGO or indeed any individual or organization. I do no harm. And the state must do no harm to me unless I violate others. If I give a gift to a friend it is not the state's concern. If it does it is my enemy because it has acted with coercion.

But, aside from my philosophical principles, there is the matter of cost. Why should I pay an introducer to sell me something to put into my body (=myself) unless the marketplace requires it?

More relevant to those who accept the authority of the state (as indeed many do), why would exporting of a non-restricted (at least non-narcotic) drug that is legal if sold in nation A, and is legal if sold in nation B, be illegal to sent as a gift from nation A to nation B? And if it *is* illegal does that government, or those governments, that criminalize the voluntary trade between consenting adults, have any moral authority? Should laws prohibiting free trade where there are no victims be obeyed? Should anyone pay taxes to such a gov't? What is the rational course of action as a free man? It would appear that the gov't of Cambodia and the gov't of the USA, and the pharmaceutical companies are operating as a drug cartel and have no more legitimacy than gangsters. What do you do with criminals? At the very least you avoid them.
