Sihaoukville, Cambodia News: On August 22, 2018, at 1:40pm, a workers' dormitory accommodation caught fire, allegedly due to an electrical surge. The incident occurred next to a Chinese building site at Sea Khiev, (Blue Sea),Village 1, Sangkat No 3, Sihanoukville, near Independence Beach.

The workers saved as much as possible from the burning building, and fortunately, no one was hurt.

I heard the SHV rental property market has been on fire lately, but this is ridiculous.

That's probably one local landlord who wishes he didn't take the big rental payout from the casino right about now.
