Sihanoukville, Cambodia News: Australian citizen RICHARD NEUBAUER has been arrested for living in Cambodia illegally with no passport or visa, and was found sleeping on the street while wearing a military uniform, complete with a captain's hat.

Locals said he might have mental problems, and was possibly robbed, because there was no good explanation as to why he appeared to be living on the streets of the sleepy beach town of Sihanoukville in a military uniform, although he's probably not the strangest foreigner they've seen around.

After Richard Neubauer's arrest, he was sent to the immigration department, who will likely deport him after he's been processed.

According to Mr Neubauer's social media profiles, including LinkedIn, he is currently a partner for Trademark Works, and is a Principal Trademarks Attorney, and studied Intellectual Property Law at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia.

It appears he had a baby with a Cambodian woman in May, and as recently as one month ago his family was in Sihanoukville looking for him.

Appears he and his Cambodian missus just had a baby back in May as well...sad.

Yeah, you guys work quick these days (I'm still posting my screenshots though, LoL, as it took me some time). So it seems Richard Lee Neubauer had a kid in Sihanoukville, went off the rails, and now his family is looking for him.
