Building Under Construction Collapses Under Concrete Weight
Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On August 5, 2018, a building under construction collapsed in Lor Kampor village, khan Reusey Keo, Phnom Penh.
The construction worker on the building site said that they were working on the building, when it suddenly collapsed as the concrete truck was pouring the concrete ceiling on the first floor of the construction.
The building owner, Moy Kea, said the building collapsed because it was being constructed without the necessary technical skills. Fortunately, there was nobody injured.
