Please Help me go to Thailand

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Laos immigration fined him $400
then he went back to UK from there.
see?
Why did he not go back to Cambodia "simply crossing the river"? He was still stamped in in Cambodia, and could have reported his passport lost here to sort it out.

seems he paid the fine cause he entered Laos illegally...

same thing would happen in Thaiand
Embassy will issue him a new passport,( embassies do not deal with local immigration) but when he goes to get exit stamp they will check computer and see he had not legally entered,
will than be arrested, fined and deported, (if he has Money to pay fine and plane ticket home_

BUT the OP was blacklisted for Thailand, so although he can get a new passport there he will be fucked when he tries to get an exit visa.

But than again could get new passport in Cambodia as easily as thailand.

OP: why is it so important u wish to return to Thailand? wife, home, car etc etc

I mean ,i love the country, but if i was blacklisted, hell if i'd try and return. :beer3:

After arriving in thailand i will stay and settle in pattaya,

Assumptions, assumptions. There are many possibilities here, and I for one do not have sufficient info to guess how it will work out for him.

Wow! Not the answer I was expecting.

As you are aware, Thailand is cracking down on those that legally have no right to be there. I hope you have a good plan, good luck.

:please:
There are NO assumptions> he is blacklisted, ( his words, not mine) an can not legally enter- stay in Thailand.

This whole thread is about him entering Thailand illegally.
