Sihanoukville: On July 17 at 5:30 am, heavy rainfall caused the National Road 4 at Oukor Ki bridge, situated at the border between Kampong Speu- Sihanoukville provinces, to be closed to traffic temporarily because of the flooding.

The water flowed for 100 meters across the bridge on to the National Road 4, and it was 1 meter high on the bridge itself. The district gendarmerie and the police at no.402 police post were at the scene to control the traffic.

18 July 2018
Deputy Kampong Seila district governor Tob Penh said yesterday that sections of National Road 4 will remain closed until the water has receded in order to avoid accidents.
“We stopped all traffic in order to avoid any incidents,” he said.
Mr Penh said that authorities believed the flooding was caused by rising water levels in the nearby Samraong river.

Is the rail link still running? Or underwater also?
