Destination advice

Post by badabing » Wed Jul 11, 2018 9:28 am

Hi
Will be in Kampot for a few days next month, while i'm down that way is it worth checking out the islands, Koh Rong etc for a couple of nights? Or are there too many hippies there these days? Been to S'ville a few times and have no real desire to go back, but never ventured out on the boat.
Cheers

The hippie Koh Rong backpackers can't afford the nice side of Koh Rong. Spend more and they disappear.

Sok San is OK, Royal Sands is great.

Eco: that's a euphemism for no AC. Wow that looks great. Reminds me of the time I spent in Samoa sleeping in grass huts on the beaches.
