Translation help required

A friend who has a medical problem has sent me a note in Khmer explaining what it is as he doesn't know the English translation, unfortunately I am out of the country at the moment and don't read Khmer. Can anyone help me with a translation

Showed my missus. Had some vocabulary issues but something along the lines of big problem; swollen/bloated, ulcerated large intestine.

liver = ថ្លើម. (Not even mentioned).
