When does she get to have a native English speaker as a teacher? She’s seen the older non-Khmer teachers around. When does she get them?
Advice to others:

This type of question should be asked before registering.

It's a decent school, certainly.

It’s expensive. Affluent Khmer and Khmer kids. New lesson for today. Teacher was explaining the word ‘aggressive’. She pointed at missus as an example.

This is girl that avoids foreigners, soft voice. The exact opposite of aggressive. WTF?

ACE has been here since the early 1990's and has always had a good reputation as an English learning center. Anyone who learns to speak English well, whether it's US/AUS/UK style will have no problem figuring out zucchini-courgette/ garbage-rubbish / gas-petrol issues. If you don't mind me saying so, you seem to be a bit too involved in your girlfriend's education. I hope you're not that overbearing in real life. 8-)

You seem to have many complaints about the place. Have you raised these points with the ACE administration? A few of your points are simply your own fault. For example, you asked when your wife would be taught by a NS teacher, but you only did this after she started studying.

caveta emptor and all that, old boy.

She’s not the type to complain. Or want to cause anyone to lose face. Going to ACE administration may cause them to lose face.

To paraphrase Conan the Barbarian, I complain for her.

Plus everyone on CEO has such enlightened insights.

Speaking on someone else's behalf like that is pretty creepy.

Perhaps her English isn't as good as you both think it is. Perhaps your missus misunderstood what the teacher was doing/saying/asking.

Fair enough, so why ask the forum?

What's your plan?

Somebody here might know the Principal, and might alert him to these posts, and somehow he will fix everything?

Cunning plan, bro.

And most people would simply ask before the course started or before registration...

I must say, it's brilliant in its lack of orthodox-ishness.
