What are they deciding exactly?

I thought iron man has already made all the decisions for his children.

Saw overhead neon signs of the angel sprinkling rice at quite a few streets along the city.

gf's family all already registered, none are bothering to vote as everyone knows who will win
In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST
