Reminds me of the documentary where the Red Cross inspected Auschwitz (before the war). They found smiling Jews enjoying sunshine and wholesome physical activities. The Red Cross gave the Nazi regime an enthusiastic stamp of approval.

Only after the death camp was liberated was the lie revealed. If the Nazis hadn’t lost the lie would have never been uncovered.

And the Red Cross would still be singing about how humane the Nazi are.
