Phnom Penh: A 61 year old male Dutch tourist, ZONNEVELD LAURFNUS WILLERN​, had his phone snatched at 11 AM, 22 June 2018, on St 108, Sangkat Wat Phnom, Phnom Penh, by a 32-year-old women thief, identified as Chet Thida.
The thief was subsequently arrested by police, and is being detained at Daun Penh police station while the case is prepared for court.
