You're being made fun of for wanting to drive "through sea". You probably meant "through SEA". A sea is not Southeast Asia, it's lots of salt water surrounded by land and stuff. Sharks and whales, drowning and broken engines. That sort of thing.

Laos used to be easy, and so did Vietnam. Vietnam certainly ok under 125 cc, bigger to be proven. Laos travellers reporting can go out but not return. Question has been raised here before. https://www.facebook.com/groups/motorbikeforumcambodia/

If the bike is Cambodian registered with the docs(dont have to be in your name) you can enter Laos and return.If bike is viet registered you can enter Laos but you cannot re-enter Cambodia from Laos.
