The injured taxi driver, identified as 34-year-old Volsareth, resident of Village 2, Sangkat 1, Sihanoukville, is to be prosecuted for the accident despite his injuries.

Did he cause the crash ? Did he commit some act of negligence in not avoiding it? Or is he just a scapegoat?

buses are not better than cars, the only reason bus have less accidents is that there are less buses on the roads compared to cars, those buses over take dangerously too

Chinese people drive like fucking idiots and cause accidents all the time. I guess Cambodians are the same. Maybe its an Asian thing. They all got small dicks so they drive recklessly.

I drive my bike to work and retards are always overtaking cars and coming strait at me in my lane. I've taken to spitting on the cars as they speed by. Usually it misses completely buy yesterday a crazy drive sped past literally within inches and coming right at me and I guess I got him good because he slammed on the breaks and yelled something at me. I turned my bike around and peddled toward him but he took off.

Chinese men don't like to fight. I'm not saying they are pussies but they do back off real fast, especially if its a big laowai like me what's got eyes on them. Probably wise they back off. Something about Chinese men- they just aren't scary.

From the news :

The Prince was indeed with a motorcade.
The lead car was opening the way by pushing/forcing the incoming cars to the side, the highlander, driving fast, was surprised and moved to the side, but he moved too far to the right and almost fell to the "gutter" hence he turned left to get back on track but didn't manage his car correctly and hit the car of his Majesty (who was the 4th car of the convoy).
Don't forget the water buffalo
