The bag snatching epidemic continues. Another Phnom Penh bag-snatcher has been caught in the act while robbing tourists.

Phnom Penh: On June 17 at 10 pm, a suspect was detained after snatching a bag from a couple of foreign tourists who were walking on the street in the tourist area of Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.

The suspect rode up on his motorbike to snatch the bag from the foreign woman, then drove off, trying to escape. But the police, alerted by the victim's cries, gave chase and detained the suspect immediately.

After that, the suspect was taken to the police station for questioning while the victims filed a complaint
