Perhaps you could head down 271 to near the Boeung Tumpon pumping station, there's a small road through to the sand dunes out behind there. The old John Bingham kite flying zone. Plenty of open space out there.

If you still need to check rules, I have a number for the local Mr. Plod.

Not sure if I'm thinking of the same space, but I think that went under development very recently (the track, not the dunes).

Thanks, but I think we'll just wing it (badum tish) - going to do a tracking flight along HS Bvd, get the drone to track the big tuktuk.

Ah! Thanks - yep, we'll go around the long way, and he can get some video of the branded big tuktuk in full flight, then shoot off over the greenery. That's a nice little area out there, but I still can't work out the zebra crossings that literally have nothing on either side of them. I've stopped for cows on the road previously, but they never seem to use them (I know, they're not zebra).

Northern Hemisphere. It's different.

Ah, of course. Thanks.

When our cat arrived from Australia he spent many hours every day laying on his back cooling himself on the tiles, paws stuck straight up like he was dead. I sent photos "back home" and told people he wasn't adjusting well to being the Northern Hemisphere. I found it funny. Apparently it wasn't that funny.

Good find, thanks. I read the article - seems to refer to the municipality of Phnom Penh as distinct from the country of Cambodia.
