Homeless British man, JAMES JOSEPH HEFFERNAN, Asks Cambodian Police for Assistance
PHNOM PENH - On Saturday, 9 June 2018, a 52 year old British man, JAMES JOSEPH HEFFENAN , came into the police station located at # 3, Street 158, DaunPenh to ask police for their assistance.
It seems that Mr Heffenan, who first entered Cambodia in 2013, has lost his passport and has been living homeless on the streets. Therefore, of his own accord he has reported himself to Cambodian police, who have registered the fact that he is without fixed abode and the necessary documents, and then sent him to the Department of Immigration to sort out his case following legal immigration procedure for foreigners.

I love the way they 'copy right' the photos.
Just in case an industry develops selling them for profit.
I'm guessing the British Embassy told him to go and see the police?

5 years on the street?? how did he survive?
Doesn't look that bad, except that black eye

In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

Well it doesn't say he was on the streets for all that time, it was probably just a recent development.phuketrichard wrote: ↑Sun Jun 10, 2018 9:54 am 5 years on the street?? how did he survive?

A comment about this guy on CEO's Facebook page:
I just saw this dude at happiness pizza. He told us that he was a professional roulette player that had a system that allowed him to win $1000 per day. He said believe it or not he has lots of money. He received the black eye from a Turkish guy on the riverside because he couldn't pay his $7 bill

Haha, roulette is a chick's game. The house edge on roulette is ridiculous. No self-respecting gambler plays roulette.General Mackevili wrote: ↑Sun Jun 10, 2018 1:18 pm He told us that he was a professional roulette player that had a system that allowed him to win $1000 per day.
